Independence

SAVE WRESTLING's reporting is editorially independent. No wrestling federation, club, sponsor, or other interested party has approval rights over what we publish.

Sourcing and verification

We rely on documentary evidence, official records, and on-the-record or verifiable confidential sources. External sources cited in an article are listed under "Sources" at the end of that article. Where we cannot independently verify a claim, we say so explicitly in the text rather than presenting it as established fact.

Confidential reports

Reports submitted through our reporting form can be made anonymously. We do not publish a source's identity without their explicit, informed consent.

Corrections

Factual errors are corrected as soon as they are confirmed. See Corrections & Right of Reply for the process. A correction never changes an article's original publication date — only its last-updated date.

Conflicts of interest

Authors disclose any personal or financial connection to the subject of an article before it is published. Where a conflict cannot be adequately managed, the author does not write the piece.
